Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve Debt Management Services targets for the assigned branch.
- Meet PI Targets while ensuring cost limits are adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with legal guidelines for the entire Debt Management Services structure.
- Monitor agencies and executives to ensure adherence to legal guidelines and the Code of Conduct.
- Identify and address fraudulent practices to prevent losses.
Requirements:
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive results in a high-performance environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead from the front.
- Exceptional motivational levels and self-starting ability.
- Proficiency in relationship management and working knowledge of computers.
