Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Executive - Debt Management Service!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.
- Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
- Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
- Case to Case trackingResolution at per AOP with in agreed timelines
- Portfolio Management Debt Collection StrategyTarget
- Achievement Regulatory Compliance Reporting and Analysis Risk
- ManagementTeam Leadership Vendor Management Co-ordinating with internal and external clients
