Flipkart is hiring for the role of Executive - Data Analytics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Conduct preliminary discussions with the Complainants to understand their concerns.
• Conduct thorough and objective inquiries of alleged violations of the POSH policy and POSH Act.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including documents, emails, and witness statements, to determine the facts surrounding the alleged violation.
• The employee will be responsible for timely closure of NE Cases/Tier2 (average days): Ensure timely activation, update, and closure of all ethics cases on a case management tool (ServiceNow/link) by adhering to all steps(including timely communication to different stakeholders) as mentioned in case management tool. BPRs closure within the TAT of 14 days.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the investigation process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with other departments, including HR, Legal, and Ethics, to ensure inquiries are handled in a fair and objective manner.
• Prepare written reports detailing the findings of each inquiry. 
• Ensure that all inquiries are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and that all evidence is collected and preserved in a manner consistent with legal requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations, as well as best practices with respect to sexual harassment.
