IFF is hiring for the role of Customer Service!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Create packing proposals for new IPC/SUT and Ship-to locations.
- Download the ZOOGN report.
- Review the pending order report with internal teams.
- Generate and monitor the OTP, sales value, past GI, and missing LOR reports daily.
- Prepare the operation DMS reports daily.
- Follow up with the commercial team for the creation of SOAP events.
- Follow up with respective stakeholders for the completion of NPI.
- Generate NPI reports on a daily and monthly basis.
- Review and coordinate sample lab orders.
- Share any communication from operations with the commercial team
