CoinDCX is hiring for the Executive-Community (Defi Initiatives)!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Moderate and manage the community on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, etc.
- Handle community queries and feedback efficiently.
- Escalate pressing concerns to the relevant departments or personnel.
- Assist in relationship building with other community admins to leverage for cross-posting and co-organized activities.
- Work with our onboarded communities for the Community Membership NFT solving their queries as a priority.
- Identify and engage with other communities/guilds and potential partners to help run cross-community growth programs
- Manage the Okto Intern account in other web3 communities on social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's in any relevant field.
- 1 - 2 Years of experience in Web3 space.
- Passionate about everything VDA and Web 3.0.
- Have a thirst for excellence with an impact-driven and result-oriented mindset.
- Have attention to detail and a passion for quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
