About this Job
Proactive Data Systems is hiring for the role of Executive Commercial!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Sales Order to be uploaded in BC immediately from on receiving the PO from Customer
- Sales orders are to be converted within 48 hours from the date of receiving the PO from the Customer, with complete details in the Sales orders
- 100% Customer PO and working sheet and Sales Invoices need to be uploaded in BC
- Proforma Invoices to be issued to customers
- Sales Invoice to be raised on the same day the day we received the material in our warehouse after the GRN and PI process
- E-Way Bill to be raised on the same day the day we dispatch the shipment to customers
- 100% Insurance to be booked for all consignment
Requirements:
- Expert in Excel
- Good communication skills
- Price negotiations
- Self-starter
- Should have knowledge of IT - hardware industry
