Responsibilities of a candidate:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our camp facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers and staff.
• Develop and implement comprehensive camp programs and activities that align with our mission and values.
• Manage a team of camp counselors and staff, providing training, supervision, and support.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless camp experience for all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with campers, parents, and the community.
• Prepare and manage the camp budget, ensuring efficient and responsible use of resources.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in camp operations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in camp management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Camp Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in camp management or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing camp programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with children and creating a positive camp experience.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
