Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Customer Engagement and Lead Generation:
• Establish strong connections with both existing and new customers to generate leads for addon services, specifically Marketplace Services.
• Feature Communication:
• Effectively explain newly released features of Marketplace Services to existing clients, ensuring they are informed and updated.
• Service Explanation and Conversion:
• Present all available Marketplace Services clearly and compellingly, converting these opportunities into positive leads.
• Guide customers thoroughly through the process to ensure seamless onboarding or adoption of services.
• Target Achievement:
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned targets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain and nurture strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience Range: 1-3 years
• Skills Required: Inside Sales, Sales Optimization, Data Maintenance, Cold Calling, Inbound Lead Generation
• Any graduate
