Techdome Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring for the role of Executive Assistant to Brand Owner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Daily Assistance: Manage the founder’s schedule, calendar, travel plans, and personal errands
• Communication Support: Draft emails, follow up on messages, coordinate with vendors, clients, and partners
• Project Coordination: Help plan and execute photoshoots, product launches, collaborations, and social campaigns
• Brand Growth Assistance: Track market trends, competitor activities, and assist with strategic planning
• Operations Support: Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, designers, and stylists for smooth day-to-day operations
• Event & Pop-up Prep: Help organize and manage exhibitions, launch events, and influencer collaborations
• Social Media Support: Assist with content planning, captions, responses, and scheduling (optional but preferred)

Requirements:

• Experience: 0–2 years in Executive Assistant, Fashion Assistant, or Brand Coordinator roles
• Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Passion for Fashion: Interest in the kids wear or premium fashion segment is a big plus
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite, WhatsApp, Canva, Instagram, and basic Excel
• Proactive Personality: Someone who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and handles tasks gracefully
• Discretion & Trustworthiness: This role involves handling sensitive brand and personal information
