Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, filing insurance claims, and handling registrations.
• Assist with sales outreach, including messaging prospects on LinkedIn and sending emails from conference lists.
• Register for conferences, coordinate follow-ups, and liaise with key contacts.
• Take full ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed successfully.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and persistent approach to completing tasks.
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email correspondence, and basic administrative functions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
