About this Job
Polyhose India Pvt Ltd. is hiring for the role of Executive Assistant – Finance.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, TDS, GST).
- Assist in the preparation of MIS, budgets, and financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in finance/accounts
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
