Executive Assistant (EA) to Chief Product Officer (CPO) Job at Sammaan Capital Ltd

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CPO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes of meetings (MoM).
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, product updates, and business documents.
• Act as a liaison between the CPO and internal departments such as Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations.
• Track key deliverables, product timelines, and follow-ups on action items.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Manage emails, correspondence, and communication on behalf of the CPO when required.
• Support the CPO in strategic planning, documentation, and project coordination.

Qualification and skills:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and calendar management tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
