Key Responsibilities:
1. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
- Represent the Founder in meetings, as required, and ensure follow-up on key discussions.
2. Communication Management
- Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder, including emails, memos, and presentations.
- Act as the point of contact for the Founder, screening communication and inquiries and handling them appropriately.
- Facilitate effective communication between the Founder and stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members.
3. Strategic Support
- Assist the Founder in strategic planning and execution by conducting research, preparing reports, and analyzing data.
- Serve as an advisor and champion for core strategic problems faced by portfolio CXOs, leveraging your analytical prowess and strategic acumen
- Act as a proxy for the Group structure and Promoters, protecting and enhancing the interest of stakeholders at all levels
4. Office Management
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the Founder’s office by managing daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain office systems, including data management and filing systems.
5. Growth Strategy Shaping
- Shape growth strategy alongside CEOs and Promoters, through leading rigorous existing and new market and product assessments and delivering an actionable strategic blueprint
- Lead targeted searches to identify potential acquisitions or strategic partnerships; lead commercial due diligence (CDD) efforts to assess potential investments and partnerships;
- Articulate meticulous investment theses to evaluate the viability of strategic ventures
6. Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder, including managing schedules, calendars, and appointments.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, both internal and external, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Project Management
- Manage special projects assigned by the Founder, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Track progress on strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to the Founder.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success and address challenges.
8. Confidentiality and Professionalism
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Uphold a professional image of the Founder’s office in all interactions and communications.
An Ideal candidate shall be having:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and statistical software.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Sound Knowledge of Office Management Systems And Procedures
- Extremely good at MS-Excel & MS-Word & PowerPoint
- Able to articulate MD Messaging to the intended recipients.
- Strong in English verbal and written communications
