Times of India is hiring for the role of Executive Assistant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintaining the team's work report
- Processing payments for bills produced by freelancers like movie and theatre reviewers
- Managing and coordinating with other departments as per the editorial team’s requirements
- Documenting and organizing various important files with knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Managing other administrative work for the department like travel and ticket bookings, raising SRM for stationery, camera repairs, and processing of reimbursement vouchers
