About this Job
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Scheduling calls & reminders
- Travel booking & scheduling including tickets and hotel bookings
- Scheduling calls & appointments with the outside world as well as internally
- Provides executive support to the Director
- Manages calendars and sets up meetings
- Manages information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Organizing venues and hospitality for visitors etc.
- Document minutes of all meetings as directed by the Managing Director.
- Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the Managing Director.
- Any other duties appropriate to the post
