Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Executive - Architect!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Propose/ assimilate Financial Matrix
- Be aligned with business strategy
- Stay aligned with byelaws and market changes
- To Define and adhere to SOPS’ and timelines ensuring timely delivery within envisaged cost & quality.
- Designing & handling high rise residential buildings.
- Independently able to handle design from concept to execution stage.
- Work in collaboration with Local and International consultants.
Requirements:
- Efficient display of Communication and Interpersonal skill.
- Should be able to easily adapt to Change
- Customer Satisfaction Orientation
- Should be in position to handle a project from feasibility to construction stage.
- Understanding with fair knowledge of local byelaws (MCGM, SRA,UDCPR, MHADA etc)
