Executive – Accounts Payable Job in Mumbai at SUGAR Cosmetics

Sugar Cosmetics is hiring for the role of Executive – Accounts Payable!

• Assemble, review, and verify invoices and check requests
• GRN checking
• Making a list of payments to be made to the parties
• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
• Enter and upload invoices into the ERP system
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Identifying Capex and Maintenance expenses 

• Produce monthly reports, regarding payments, Invoices, and ageing
• Assist with month-end closing
• Provide supporting documentation for audits
• Maintain accurate historical records
• TDS calculations and payments
• Vendor reconciliations
• GST reconciliations with books and GSTR2A
• Flagging GST discrepancies to respective vendors and resolving the reconciliation
• Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
• Assisting during statutory audit
