Mitsogo is hiring for the role of Executive - Accounts & Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage all accounting transactions of different locations like the UK, Singapore, UAE & Germany.
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and Annual closing.
• Handle the PO process.
• Budget Compilations as per corporate guidelines.
• Manage and reconcile Accounts payables and receivables.
• Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliation.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Audit financial transactions and documents regularly.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Prepare management reports.
• Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of intercompany transactions.
• Maintain the privacy of financial information.
• Assess accounting software applications and accounting control procedures.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
• Working skills in accounting ERPs & systems
• Working skills in MS Office
• Knowledge of statutory compliances
• Knowledge of accounting concepts & processes.
