Executive Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware Maintenance & Repair

• Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Perform routine hardware servicing and upgrades.

Networking Setup & Troubleshooting

• Configure and maintain LAN/WAN networks and Wi-Fi access points.
• Support DSCP (Differentiated Services Code Point) and ensure optimal network traffic management.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

CCTV and IP Surveillance Systems

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV and IP cameras.
• Monitor camera health and ensure system uptime.

IT Infrastructure Support

• Provide first-line desktop support including software and OS troubleshooting.
• Manage network cabling, switches, and routers.
• Ensure proper functioning of Wi-Fi coverage across premises.

Printer & Peripheral Management

• Install and maintain network and local printers.
• Manage printer drivers, toner levels, and maintenance schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, DSCP, and Wi-Fi configuration.
• Familiarity with CCTV/IP camera systems and video surveillance software.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking protocols, and desktop support.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with IT asset management practices.
