Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Accounting:

• Preparation of financials by managing the respective accounting operations of General accounting – includes approval of invoices for material and services received and bill booking, Payables, Receivables revenue recognition to deliver timely and accurate financial reports for quarter and year end. 
• Preparation of Notes to the financials for the year end accounts. 
• Coordination with statutory auditors during year end closure and upkeep of supporting documents to the financials required for audits. 
• Uploading of financials in Hyperion for consolidation purpose. 
• Creation of Business partners in ERP masters and verification of PO ensuring precise accounting parameters are stated in the PO.

• Taxation:

• Deduction & payment of TDS as per the statutory requirement and filing of returns as per the timeline. 
• Support in filing of GST return by providing the input and output details to the IDT team. 
• Preparation of Tax audit & transfer pricing report, return of income and coordination with the auditors in filing the same. 
• Assist in preparation of Annual performance report of the entity by providing the necessary financial inputs to the SEZ consultants. 

• Banking & Treasury:

• Ensure all vendor payments are made as per the terms of the Purchase order / agreement and providing the supporting to the senior management for approval.
• Ensure all collections are made by providing the proper disposal instruction as per the nature of receipt. 
• Providing all EXIM documents to the bankers and proper closure of EDPMS & IDPMS in the banking system.
• Ensure proper mix of funds are kept in INR, Forex currency and investments and systematic withdrawal from investments for meeting the working capital requirement. 

• Management reporting:

• Preparation of yearly budget by getting inputs from other cross functional team and past performances basis.
• Providing summary financials in comparison to the budget for top management.
• To conduct verification of fixed assets on yearly basis as per the management circular. 
• Provide any other financials details to the management as per the requirement. 

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com).
