Executive Job in HATHRAS at Ace International LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and analyze production processes using SCADA systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCADA software and equipment performance.
• Program, configure, and maintain SCADA systems for production optimization.
• Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis of process deviations or inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production logs and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyze production data and provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety and training programs for production staff.
• Provide technical guidance to production staff regarding SCADA and operational processes.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team for timely resolution of equipment issues.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SCADA software and PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Wonderware, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in managing automated manufacturing lines.
• Certification in SCADA or automation technologies is a plus.
