Caratlane is hiring for the role of Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze sales data, marketing data, and Inventory data to either identify opportunities for category growth or inefficiencies which need to be controlled.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on category performance and key metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track category performance.
• Assist the Category manager in the development and implementation of category plans and strategies.
• Support category reviews and planning sessions with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the Category Manager to improve catalog performance, optimize inventory & marketing spending, and create promotional plans.
• Work closely with the merchandising team to align on the progress of the New Product Introduction.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to raise timely Pos and track Inventory inwards.
•  Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between marketing actions & inventory actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
• Develop best practices for data analysis and category management.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software: Excel is a must, and Power BI, Tableau will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic category management concepts.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
