EXL is hiring for the role of Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform to accomplish and carry out departmental or organizational goals, policies, and procedures
• Must be well-informed about products in the retail industry
• Edit/Slice images using Adobe Photoshop
• Build emails as per the client’s requirement on a browser-based platform
• Test/QA the built emails in different variations and identify any errors
• Drive Process improvement in day-to-day work

Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be computer proficient
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Excellent active listening and analytical skills
• Can multi-task
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML and Adobe Photoshop would be an added advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree or H.S.C.
• Must have 0 - 1 years of work experience
