Willis Towers Watson (WTW) is hiring for the role of Exchange Admin!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Working in a BAU service team, dealing with L2 service tickets and incidents concerning Microsoft Exchange.
- Managing user and shared mailbox management, managing static and dynamic M365 groups and distribution lists.
- Maintaining Exchange Online and limited Exchange On-Prem servers.
- Collaborating with users to troubleshoot issues and provide 1-2-1 training on using Exchange.
- Assisting our Exchange technical leads and senior engineers on projects as required.
- Helping analyze tickets and other feedback to help maintain good service levels and to look for potential process and technical improvements.
- Assisting in developing an internal knowledge base and training materials.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
