Meragi Events is hiring for the role of Event Coordinator!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conducting Venue visits.
- Coordinating with the vendors and internal team on pre-event preparations.
- Performing Travel/accommodation planning and budget planning.
- Doing Venue Coordination.
- Doing Vendor coordination.
- Doing Logistics planning/coordination.
- Providing regular updates to all stakeholders on the day of the event.
- Providing technical oversight on the day of the event on event-related activities.
- Coordinating post-event wrap-up.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Multilingual is a bonus
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges
