Evaluator Job in Raipur at Sky Automobiles

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and evaluate pre-owned vehicles brought to the dealership for potential purchase or trade-in.
• Assess the overall condition of old cars, including the body, interior, mechanical components, and accessories.
• Identify any visible or underlying issues, such as mechanical problems or accident history, that may affect the car's value.
• Conduct market research to determine the current market value of different makes, models, and years of old cars.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends, pricing, and demand for specific vehicle types.
• Utilize evaluation tools, historical data, and your expertise to determine fair and competitive prices for old cars based on their condition and market value.
• Provide accurate and transparent valuation reports to management and sales teams.
• Communicate evaluation results to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Address any questions or concerns that customers may have about the evaluation process or the offered price.
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports, including photographs and notes, for each assessed vehicle.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Adhere to the company's evaluation guidelines and quality standards to maintain consistency and fairness in the valuation process.
• Collaborate with the management team to continuously improve evaluation procedures and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of different car makes, models, and years, as well as their common issues and market values.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify both obvious and hidden defects in old cars.
• Good communication skills to explain evaluation results to customers clearly and professionally.
• Proficiency in using evaluation tools and software.
• Integrity and impartiality in conducting evaluations and assigning fair values.
• Physical capability to conduct vehicle inspections, which may include bending, lifting, and moving around vehicles.
• Time management skills to handle multiple evaluations efficiently.
