Tigi HR is hiring for the role of ERPNext Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and develop ERPNext solutions using the Frappe framework
• Work on custom modules and integrations across HR, CRM, Stock, Accounting, and other ERPNext domains
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables
• Manage upgrades, customisations, and feature enhancements while ensuring backwards compatibility
• Perform API integrations and build front-end interfaces using HTML/CSS/JS
• Maintain proper documentation for code, features, and testing activities
• Drive process improvements and ensure high-quality, maintainable code

Requirements:

• Proficient in Frappe Framework, ERPNext, and Python
• Hands-on experience in developing and maintaining custom applications over ERPNext
• Strong command over JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery
• Familiarity with ERP modules like HR, CRM, Buying, Selling, Stock, Project, and Accounting
• Experience with ERPNext workflows, access controls, reports, dashboards, and page layouts
• Exposure to REST API integrations and third-party tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
