ERP Implementation Executive Job in Bangalore at TYASuite Software Solutions

TYASuite is hiring for the role of ERP Implementation Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding the Customer Business Process and documenting it, Setting up the Client Company in ERP, Reviewing the client's Data for implementation, Successful Implementation of ERP based on the client process,
• Handling Post Implementation queries of the client, Handling client calls related to new features,
• Writing the requirements in detail of the client related to new development, Liaising with the Development team in getting the development done,
• Day to day co-ordination with clients on ERP-related requirements,
• Continuously monitor,
• track, report, and govern the ERP Implementation projects,
• You will become the customer’s single point of contact for all TYASuite customers,
• You will interact with cross-functional teams, which could consist of Implementation consultants, Solution Engineers Product Managers,
• Provide clear and constructive product feedback to Product Management / Solutions teams based on customer requirements,
• Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the entire TYASuite product line, Help to document best practices in deploying TYASuite solutions,
• You will be focused on Customer Satisfaction and project Management metrics related to timely, on-budget delivery and the best use of available resources.

Requirements:

• Must be an MBA Finance / Chartered Accountant Background,
• Must have excellent English communication skills,
• Previous ERP Experience is a Plus, Must be very good in English writing,
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage competing client demands,
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies,
• Strong Project Management skills preferably PMP certified, Must be a Process-oriented person,
• Must be excited to work with fast-growing start-up company,
• Must be fluent in English speaking, Ensuring that all project milestones are met,
• Previous Software Implementation Role is a plus.
