Eaton is hiring for the role of ERP Health Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Demonstrate functional knowledge & working experience related to materials management & understanding of concepts related to ERP data, planning parameters, transactional data(purchasing, production), material requirement planning, and their intersections with purchasing and inventory management.
• Enhance & support the ERP Health initiatives and possess a good understanding of master data management, capabilities, and best practices
• Work on ERP health processes and drive improvement in businesses with a keen focus on business feedback and improvements
• Drives continuous improvement to the process and helps in horizontal deployment of best practices
• Responsible for sharing with the team, best practices, continuous improvement of process, development of process standards, compliance with materials planning processes, and reporting in alignment with the regional and global supply chain organization
• Work on developing standard work in coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, prompt ERP health analytics/reporting services 

Requirements:

• Engineering Graduate +  preferred MBA(Operations)
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Materials, Inventory Optimization & Inventory control
• Proficient skills level in MS Office: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Proficient and good hands-on exposure to ERP (Preferred Oracle, SAP, Mfg. Pro)
• Preferred exposure to MS Access, SQL, and PowerBI query building
• An individual with a strong sense of customer focus
• Accountable for responsibilities with a willingness to extend the work scope.

• Good communication & presentation skills to work with global, regional & local materials management teams across the plants and divisional entities
• Working knowledge of ERP systems preferably one out of SAP/ Oracle/ Mfg Pro/MAPICS
• A team player with a willingness to work across multiple cross-functional engagements and learning agility toward the adoption of digital tools and technologies
• Comfortable in working across multiple geographies and global stakeholders
• Preferred understanding of big data concepts, visualization tools, and query languages like Data Lake, Cloudera, power bi, SQL, etc.
