Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding Client Needs: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify pain points, objectives, and optimal ERP solutions.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Tailor and configure leading ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, etc.) to perfectly align with client requirements.
• Data Migration and System Administration: Ensure seamless data migration from legacy systems and manage user roles, permissions, and system security.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for users of all levels, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Change Management: Champion change management initiatives to ensure smooth ERP adoption and maximize user buy-in.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of leading ERP systems like Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and training. (Bonus points for Odoo expertise!)
