Key Responsibilities:

• Execute equity trades across various exchanges and ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and firm policies.
• Monitor order flow, pricing, and market movements to optimize execution quality.
• Manage electronic trading platforms and ensure timely and accurate trade execution for clients and the firm.
• Continuously monitor financial markets, focusing on equity trends, price movements, and key economic indicators.
• Develop and maintain insights on market conditions to inform trade strategies.
• Provide market analysis and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, monitor, and manage trading risks, ensuring positions adhere to the firm’s risk limits.
• Work closely with the risk management team to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company risk protocols.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of financial products, particularly in equities, and their associated risks.
• Communicate market insights and trade opportunities to clients, responding promptly to client inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to better understand their trading needs and preferences.
• Offer personalized services and solutions to meet client trading objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of equity markets and trading platforms.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency with trading software, Bloomberg Terminal, and market data analysis tools.
• High attention to detail and strong decision-making abilities under pressure.
