Requirements:

• 2 years of working experience in a DevOps area, working within a fast-paced and fast-evolving environment
• Proven experience in coordinating and managing IT environments within a professional environment
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, configurations, and dependencies Familiarity with environment provisioning and configuration processes, including infrastructure-as-code (IaC) frameworks
• Knowledge of Change Management and Release Management principles and best practices.
• Experience with environment monitoring tools and incident management processes
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration among different teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to document configurations and procedures accurately
• Strong understanding of various IT tools across different domains, such as project management, collaboration, service management, monitoring, and automation
• Familiarity with administering and configuring IT tools, including user management, permissions, and integrations
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address user inquiries and resolve tooling-related issues
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation and training materials for IT tools
