Adrenalin is hiring for the role of Enterprise Sales Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Developing and executing aggressive sales strategies to grow revenues and expand the market through new business acquisitions.
- Developing executive-level interactions with customers to advance individual opportunities and customer connections.
- Ensuring thorough adherence to Sales Processes and Policies.
- Driving accurate Sales Forecasts and Maintaining a Sufficient Pipeline.
- Working closely with Marketing, Product Engineering, and Delivery teams to maximize opportunities and productivity.
Requirements:
- Strong acumen in Sales and Business Development of HRMS Sales, SAAS, and ERP
- Exposure to handling and closing Enterprise deals
- Solid Team player & an extremely self-motivated
- Should have outstanding presentation & and negotiation skills
- A successful communicator at all levels with excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates personal excellence, accountability, and integrity.
