Enterprise Risk Manager Job in Bangalore at Revolut

Revolut is hiring for the role of Enterprise Risk Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Gathering and synthesising data for global risk reporting and governance materials
• Supporting the development of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS)
• Creating materials to promote a positive risk culture and awareness across the organisation
• Managing project tasks and documentation related to framework adherence and policy dissemination
• Assisting in the identification and mitigation of new and emerging risks

Requirements:

• To have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a STEM subject, business administration, economics, or finance
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and communication skills
• Full-time availability from September 2026
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Python, or R
• Previous internship or project experience in risk, governance, or finance
