TD Synnex is hiring for the role of Enterprise Data Management Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create master data for vendors, customers, and materials in the SAP system accurately and within SLA (60%)
• Ensure data governance and quality with appropriate classifications (20%)
• Maintain data and perform corrective actions to uphold database quality (5%)
• Address user requirements and concerns (5%)
• Submit vendor sales-out reports accurately and on time to key vendors (10%)

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, IT, or Supply Chain
• Ability to execute instructions and seek clarification as needed
• Strong data entry skills
• Proficient in basic mathematical calculations
• Detail-oriented, with accuracy and efficiency
• Clear communication skills, able to convey information effectively
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Effective interaction across all management levels
• Strong multicultural interpersonal skills
• Ability to work constructively under stress and high workload conditions
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Skill in building effective working relationships
