Unisys is hiring for the role of Enterprise Associate - Salesforce Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Working under general supervision performing Tier 1 specific tasks.
• Functioning as a Tier 1 escalation point for well-defined incidents and basic problems.
• Supporting and maintaining servers, networks, messaging, mainframes, database environments, and/or host infrastructures.
• Supporting customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys applications.
• Responding to service outages and other problems/issues.
• Providing support for simple troubleshooting requirements.
• Performing incident restoration and implementing standard changes.
• Coordinating with vendors using SOPs.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Must have both verbal and written communication, logical, and analytical skills.
• Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
• Evaluate business requirements and resolve potential Salesforce-enabled components (Should be able to determine when to use customization vs. configuration.)
