Unisys is hiring for the role of Enterprise Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Responsible for working with the Messaging Lead, Unisys Technical Services Lead, and/or Service delivery manager
- Customer-facing role to update the day-to-day activities
- Provide recommendations regarding improvement and enhancements of the technologies supporting Digital Workplace Collaboration
- Test, where appropriate and possible, in a production simulated laboratory environment any new Digital Workplace Collaboration technology prior to production implementation
- Optimize the performance of the systems environment, including reconfiguration, maintenance, and/or upgrades
- Plan, Develop, Test, Provision, Administer and manage all Email services related systems
- Manage and deliver both hardware and software upgrades as necessary for Digital Workplace Messaging technologies
- Create and maintain all documentation like Operations Handbook, Run and maintain phases of the Digital Workplace Messaging technologies
- Conduct hardware capacity planning and make recommendations based on future direction and needs as it relates to supporting Digital Workplace Messaging technologies
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience Proficient in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application
- Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform, or application
- Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery
- Must be client-focused, display interpersonal skills, and be an effective team member
- Ability to train and develop staff and/or clients
