Enquiry Management Manager Job in Mumbai at Lucky-tech Membranes Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enquiry Handling & Process Management:

• Oversee and manage the entire enquiry management team.
• Ensure timely response and professional handling of all incoming enquiries from the website, IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, email, and other sources.
• Monitor response time, quality of replies, and conversion ratios.
• Implement best practices for enquiry qualification, categorization, and follow- up.

2. Process Automation & System Development:

• Design and implement automation tools (CRM / lead management software) to reduce manual intervention in enquiry handling.
• Integrate enquiries from all portals into a centralized dashboard.
• Develop dashboards and reports for management visibility on lead status, source performance, and conversion analytics.

3. Lead Generation & Optimization:

• Identify new avenues and platforms for lead generation beyond traditional portals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine digital campaigns, keyword targeting, and content strategy based on enquiry insights.
• Suggest improvements in website UI/UX or marketing creatives to enhance lead generation quality.

4. Team Leadership & Training:

• Train and guide the enquiry management executives on communication standards, data handling, and lead nurturing.
• Set and monitor KPIs for response quality, response time, and conversion efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide performance feedback.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to provide input on lead sources, enquiry trends, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of qualified leads.
• Share market insights gathered from enquiries to help in product positioning and pricing strategy.

6. Reporting & Analytics:

• Maintain weekly and monthly MIS reports on enquiry trends, source performance, and conversion ratios.
• Present data-driven insights to management for continuous process improvement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead management.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and suggest improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leadership, team management, and training skills.
• Tech-savvy, with a process-driven and automation-oriented mindset.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in enquiry management, inside sales, or CRM- driven business development (preferably in manufacturing or technical products).
• Prior experience with online platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar B2B portals is a must.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Conversion rate from enquiry to qualified lead.
• Enquiry response time and quality.
• Internal team performance and customer satisfaction scores.
