ConveGenius Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of English Learning Experience Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Turn English concepts (reading, vocabulary, grammar, speaking, listening) into hands-on stories, games, and activities that build confidence and curiosity.
• Develop storyboards and learning flows blending strong language pedagogy with creative storytelling.
• Apply instructional design principles to create clear, scaffolded learning experiences.
• Work with design and tech teams to translate storyboards into interactive digital learning.
• Ensure content aligns with curriculum goals, is age-appropriate, and reflects how children truly learn English in diverse contexts.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and language learning depth.
• Support senior LXDs and reviewers in maintaining high content standards.
• Provide constructive feedback that improves storybooks, activities, speaking/listening tasks, and lessons.
• Ensure content is inclusive, engaging, and joyful across all formats.
• Work closely with illustrators, animators, voice artists, and developers to bring stories and interactions to life.
• Translate scripts and concepts into clear creative briefs and interaction notes.
• Align visuals, audio, and interactivity with English learning objectives and classroom realities.
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions with children, teachers, and facilitators.
• Use classroom insights to refine pacing, clarity, difficulty, and interaction design.
• Stay updated on new trends, tools, and approaches in English pedagogy and digital learning.
• Bring fresh, creative ideas to improve digital English learning experiences.
• Test new prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
