Engineering - Transmission Job in Noida at Ericsson

Ericsson is hiring for the role of Engineer-Transmission!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work in a 24 X 7 Environment
• Support the customer over email as well as phone
• Responsible for 2nd Line troubleshooting of Microwave system over Ericsson 6xxx Series
• Software upgrade process for these Mini-link 6600 Series
• QoS parameter knowledge for Mini-link 6600 Series
• Ethernet alarms and parameters  with their troubleshooting process
• Raise and update the tickets in in tool for all the issues handled / worked upon
• Will have to report the daily issues handled / escalated in the form of daily shift reports
• Need to make sure that issues are handled in right time frames as per the SLA / Commitments
• Good knowledge over SLA/WLA
• Good in preventive activities with available performance report from Microwave NMS
• Good in customer handling and RCA identification

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication or equivalent
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience on 2nd Level Engineer- functional role
• Good Technical Knowledge of the Microwave Technology preferably 6K series
• Transmission or ENM experience preferred
• Sound knowledge of Microwave Technology
• Having sound knowledge on Mini-link 6600 Series
• SO-EM hands on experience
