About this Job
Alston is hiring for the post of Engineering Tools Development Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Drive the deployment of the ALM IBM to existing programs/ projects following the deployment schedule
- Organise reviews of the processes of the project/ program under the ALM deployment (mapping to ALM, analyse the data)
- Support for troubleshooting/root cause identification in all phases of the project under deployment to ALM
- Coordinate closely with verification and validation activities, support integration, tests, and validation phases
- Provide/Support trainings for Key User and End User
- Capture Return of Experience and formalise feedback to Core ALM Team
- Provide a plan for mapping to ALM
- Ensure the coherence of all individual tools within the ALM solution
- Promote the knowledge of ALM on Site
- Ensure that provided solution, template fulfils the project business needs.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of ALM, at least 2 years’ experience
- Experienced within the Jazz Platform (at least one tool)
- Knowledge of configuration management, requirement management, verification, and validation processes
