Applied Materials Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the role of Engineering Physicist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct e-beam imaging simulations for advanced semiconductor technology nodes.
• Recommend optimal operating conditions for our platforms based on a deep understanding of defect imaging and metrology needs in chip fabrication processes.
• Propose innovative strategies to solidify our leadership position in e-beam technology.
• Enhance and develop new features for simulation software tools.

Requirements:

• Master's degree (preferred) or PhD in Physics, Materials Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
• 4-7 Years of relevant work experience is required.
• Strong foundation in scientific principles, including idea generation, experimental and simulation design, data analysis, and actionable insight generation.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication and e-beam metrology equipment.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in leading complex technical projects with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Willingness to undertake extended overseas assignments at leading semiconductor fabrication facilities for the initial two years.
