Engineering Manager - AI Job in Gurgaon at SHL

SHL is hiring for the role of Engineering Manager - AI!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with a team of ML engineers to deliver solutions on time and with efficiency.
• Own the model development, deployment, and subsequent maintenance.
• Mentor the team on ML concepts such as sampling, model selection & fairness, statistical validity, etc.
• Work with the team to develop creative ways of data collection, labelling, and validation.
• Collaborate with the team to finalise paper manuscripts and publish them in top ML conferences and journals.
• Create proper technical documents and aid the creation of customer-facing documents.

Requirements: 

• Essential: 
  • Relevant experience in AI/ML - NLP, speech processing, and computer vision.
  • Knowledge of building and deploying robust AI/ML models
  • Good understanding of ML theory and concepts, and statistics
• Desirable:
  • Proficient with Python language.
  • A continuous learner, staying up to date in AI/ML space.
  • Agile thinking and proactive approach to new tech
