Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering operations for the LAM Research Site.
• Ensure efficient and effective delivery of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services.
• Oversee chemical processes and ensure compliance with safety standards..
• Provide leadership and direction to the engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, responsibility, and ownership of deliverables.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to anticipate and address operational needs

Requirements:

• Extensive technical knowledge and experience in MEP systems.
• Expertise in chemical handling and process management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams to success.
• Strong attitude towards accountability, fostering trust and responsibility within the team.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• A proactive and engaging approach to problem-solving and operational management.
• Relevant work experience in the Oil & Gas or Pharmaceutical industries, bringing valuable industry-specific insights and practices.
