Healthi is hiring for the role of Engineering Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build the team: Hire, develop and retain great engineers by creating a culture of innovation and excellence
• Lead the team: Provide thought leadership both internally and externally with respect to the use of technology in healthcare. Drive technology strategy and roadmap for the company, and position technology as a driver of scale, customer experience and differentiation
• Architect: Architect & design technically robust, flexible and scalable solutions
• Improve: Set up best practices for software development and champion their adoption. Empower the team to consistently deliver great work to spec and on time
• Juggle: Manage and balance multiple projects with competing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision
• Collaborate: Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, engineering, product, marketing, design, data science and analytics to drive significant improvements in product features and key customer/business metrics
• Stack: Handle RoR, React, MySQL, Redis
