MillerKnoll Is hiring for the role of Engineering Database Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work effectively in HM & Knoll bill of materials, Smart Sheet, MySign, Business Objects,Creo, PDMlink, MS Excel, MS Word
• Work effectively in Excel to perform calculations and present output - BOMs
• Work collaboratively with other departments and suppliers
• Gather material product information from suppliers for current and new products
• Effectively update product drawings using Creo
• Effectively write ECOs in PDMLink
• Set an example for others in the attitude exhibited and the high standard in the quantity and quality of the work completed
• Work during EST business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) or at a minimum partially within those hours
• Communicate frequently with key stakeholders on assigned project teams

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business or engineering field
• Must be detail-oriented and can work between several MillerKnoll information systems to obtain critical information
• Ability to learn and established procedures and business systems to generate data and clearly communicate what the data means
• Must be open to new ideas and technologies
• Able to maintain a positive attitude in addressing concerns
• Requires a self-starter who sees what needs to be accomplished and takes responsibility for timely completion of tasks and assignments
• Must be respectful, tactful, truthful and professional in all communication and working relationships while representing MillerKnoll and its interests with internal and external partners
• Ability to prioritize and plan workload, managing deadlines for a number of tasks
• Must be willing to take ownership efficiently working to drive tasks to completion
• Problem definition, problem solving, and project management exposure, including computer-based tools that assist in these areas
• Ability to work in a team environment, supporting overall goals through active participation and valuing the unique skills and contributions of other team members
• Performs additional responsibilities as requested
