Sansera is hiring for the role of Engineering Associate!!
Responsibility:
- Support the design and development of new products and components.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices.
- Assist in creating technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the production process.
- Participate in testing and validation to ensure product quality and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Prior engineering experience preferred but not required.
- Strong technical skills with solid knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective teamwork and clear communication of technical information.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools is a plus.
