Sansera Is hiring for the role of Engineering Associate!

Responsibilities of the  Candidate:

• Support the design and development of new products and components
• Perform research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the production process
• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the quality and performance of products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in an engineering role is preferred but not required
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical information clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools is a plus
