Engineer - Wearable Automation Job in Hyderabad at Qualcomm

Qualcomm is hiring for the role of Wearable Automation Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with exposure to Linux Android environment and involvement in test automation using Python / Perl/ shell scripting 
• Manual and automated testing on SoCs 
• Exposure to Performance, Sanity or Stability testing
• Create test automation frameworks in collaboration with team members 
• AI /ML based Test methodologies
• Cross-team collaboration with engineers across board and enhance the test plans
• Should be able to test & automate embedded devices (preferably Mobile/IoT/Auto)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Perl, or a related language
• Linux OS fundamentals and understanding of Linux kernel, boot process, memory management, process management, etc., and exposure to Linux CLI.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and testing on QCOM SOCs is a plus
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
