TechnipFMC is hiring for the role of Engineer Team Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Defines and provides the proper staffing and level of skills according to requirements of the projects and/or operations.
• Maintains the level of know-how and competencies of his/her engineering team in regards for projects and/or operations requirements through selection and training of his/her engineering team.
• Validates scope and resources during the definition of the engineering organization on projects.
• Monitors the involvement and performance of his/her engineering team during projects, and compliance with TechnipFMC processes and stardards.
• Ensures technical integrity and growth of discipline: - Liaison with corporate engineering centers and alternative services providers.
• Consolidation of discipline know-how and best practices through the creation and updating of own discipline reference documentation.
• Dissemination and transfer of know-how and best practices through work group animation.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent with a significant experience in SSE
• Good project management skills
• Good communication skills
• Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
